Information We Collect
Account information (name, email address, sign-in method); the visa/PR-related details you enter in the questionnaire (education, work history, income, marital status, etc.); AI chat conversation content; usage logs (login times, feature usage). We do not collect information beyond what's needed for diagnosis and consultation.
How We Use It
To calculate your Highly Skilled Professional point estimate, assess your eligibility for permanent residency, and generate your document checklist; to provide AI consultation and document-assistance features; for account management and login verification; to improve service quality and troubleshoot issues. We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes outside this Service.
AI Features & Cross-Border Transfer
When you use the AI consultation feature, the content you enter is sent to our AI model provider for processing, which may involve transferring information to servers outside Japan. We only transmit the information necessary to answer your question, and require our processors to meet appropriate data-protection standards.
Third-Party Processors
To provide the Service, we share necessary information with the following categories of third parties: payment processors (to handle paid orders); AI model providers (to process consultation conversations); cloud hosting providers (to store data). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.
Retention & Deletion
We retain your account and diagnostic data for as long as you use the Service, so you can review your history at any time. You may request deletion of your account and related data at any time via account settings or by contacting us; diagnostic records and AI chat history are removed together with your account.
Your Rights Under APPI
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to request an explanation of how it is used. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the Support page.
Cookies & Local Storage
The Service currently uses cookies and local storage only as needed to maintain your login session — not for advertising tracking or cross-site analytics.
Children's Privacy
